About ITV Academy Signpost
Signpost Productions is part of the ITV Academy which has been established to address current and future skills gaps.
The academy is the training arm of Signpost Productions, providing a range of services and development opportunities.
As a producer of more than 1,500 hours of content a year, nobody knows diverse television production better than we do and we have made it our mission to develop and train the television professionals of the future.
Using our state of the art studio and voice over recording facilities, our training team includes broadcasters with decades of experience in a wide range of genres including factual entertainment and news.
Training programmes include Making Creativity Works, Deaf Awareness Training, Diversity and Inclusion Training and Media Training.
Development Opportunities are offered through our official partnerships with Teesside University, Gateshead College and Collingwood School & Media Arts College as well as work placements and traineeships.
